With over 21 years of professional expertise in the environmental and energy sectors, my recent work centers on designing business models, systems, and platforms capable of delivering climate adaptation and resilience as services. My passion lies at the intersection of climate asset/infrastructure management and equity, where I design performance-based, integrated programming for transitioning energy markets.

Throughout my career, I have shaped major environmental policies and programs at both the state and national levels in the USA and the Caribbean. My broad-based experience spans renewable energy, clean transportation, energy storage, commercial energy efficiency, demand response, risk assessment, environmental impact assessment and management, strategy, policy analysis, regulatory relations, electric and gas asset interconnections, program design and management, P&L, budgeting, project management, hazardous waste management, EH&S, environmental justice, equity, and community engagement.

In addition to my consulting work, I have successfully founded and led my own businesses and a non-profit organization. I routinely lead large cross-functional teams of engineers and technical experts to create business solutions that respond to customer and stakeholder interests, build trust, and improve both the bottom line and environmental performance of the business.
